Here in the North America Federation, we are building a united community across all regions of North America, bringing together people from diverse backgrounds—whether you're from the United States or Canada. Your journey begins here.
How to Join:
To help organize our community better, we have divided the North American Federation into 2 Plazas based on countries. Each Plaza corresponds to a different country in North America, so you can connect / meet up with people from your area and engage in focused discussions and initiatives. If you travel or have ties to other regions, you may also join both Plazas.

The Recruitment Process:
Before joining your selected Plaza, we want to ensure that you are a good fit for our Federation and that you align with our mission. Follow these steps:
Select Your Plaza: Choose the Plaza that corresponds to your country/region.
Join "The Plazas" Telegram Channel: You will be redirected to a Telegram channel where you can find all the details you need to apply.
Submit Your Application: Inside the channel, you'll find instructions on how to apply to join. Fill out the application form and follow the guidelines provided.
Go Through the Recruitment Process: After submitting your application, our team will review it. We will contact you with the next steps. During this time, you will not be able to interact with other members until you complete the recruitment process. If you're approved, you will officially become part of the North American Federation and gain access to your Plaza.

Stay Active: To ensure a thriving community, we encourage all members to remain active and contribute positively. Your participation helps build the strength and success of the Federation.
Respect and Unity: This Federation/Network is built on respect, collaboration, and a shared vision of progress. Together, we aim to uplift and empower each other to achieve greatness.
Completely Free: Joining the Federation is completely free, with no costs involved. However, because there is no financial barrier to entry, we take the recruitment process seriously. We do not accept everyone—only those who are genuinely committed to the mission and values of the Federation. Please be sure to follow the application guidelines carefully.
Path to Leadership: Each member of the corresponding Plazas has the opportunity to prove themselves and advance to the role of "Patrón" (Leader) of their Plaza. The "Patrón" is the one responsible for managing the Plaza, guiding its growth, and acting as a leader within the community. This is a prestigious position, and it requires dedication, leadership, and a commitment to fostering a positive and productive environment.
